Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Providing outstanding customer service to clients at all levels
  • Coordinating client setup and initializing new customers
  • Assisting in the maintenance of the customer accounts and the customer database
  • Client training of Utilitran's products, fulfilling customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ongoing communication and relationship building with clients
  • Attaining assigned customer service objectives
  • Testing, troubleshooting and resolving client problems and concerns
  • Assisting with the design and execution of tradeshows
  • Working as a team and coordinating with other teams and personnel to fulfill client needs

Required Competencies:

  • Minimum completion of college, vocational or technical training
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service or related help desk role
  • Strong knowledge of computers, operating systems and related technology
  • Excellent problem solving abilities and troubleshooting skills
  • Full fluency in English both written and spoken, fluency others languages, especially. French, Korean, Punjabi or Hindi will be considered an asset
  • Superior customer service orientation with a professional and courteous telephone manner
  • Ability to accurately keyboard and record information
  • Detail oriented and well organized
  • Adaptable and flexible team player

Customer service hours of operation are 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. Team members are required to be available to work various shifts within those times and may be asked to be on-call after business hours on occasion.
